There are 44 modern apartments and studios in this monumental building, all equipped with upholstery and furniture. A high-quality PVC floor, window coverings, fine furniture and a smart-TV, as well as a modern kitchen with trendy finishes and a nice bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, combination oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink and kitchen cabinets. The bathroom has the toilet, shower, bathroom cabinet and sink with mirror.
